Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles. Part-time positions with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism under supervision from a BCBA, and you can enroll in our complimentary RBT training. PBS offers flexible scheduling, a quarterly bonus, travel reimbursement where applicable, and comprehensive benefits including 401(k) with company match,

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; B.A. in Psychology/Education or related field is a plus.
• Experience with ABA therapy or childcare is desirable.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and follow supervision.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
