Job summary

360 Behavioral Health is seeking an Assistant Clinical Supervisor I (PT) in Riverside, CA. This role will supervise Behavior Technicians, provide mentorship, and support clinical staff while advancing leadership within the ABA program.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field, with 1+ year of ABA experience. Spanish bilingual is required; hybrid schedule and competitive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• 1+ year of ABA experience, including direct client care.
• Willingness to supervise, mentor, and train clinical staff.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Carry a small caseload while supervising Behavior Technicians.
• Provide mentorship, training, and feedback to staff.
• Monitor client progress and assist in treatment plan development.
• Deliver parent training to increase family engagement.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other professionals to ensure high-quality care.
• Contribute to team growth through leadership and program support.
