Job summary

Little Champs Therapy & Yoga is seeking an ABA Assistant to support the clinical team with scheduling, credentialing, insurance authorizations, and documentation management across pediatric therapy services. This role acts as a liaison among clients, families, insurers, RBTs, and BCBAs, helping ensure continuity of care while maintaining privacy and accuracy in records.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting with scheduling and credentialing in a pediatric clinical setting.
• Familiarity with insurance authorizations and medical documentation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tracking credentialing, renewals, and licensing requirements.
• Coordinate scheduling for client sessions and staff meetings.
• Maintain client records in EMR and prepare documentation for audits.
• Communicate scheduling and documentation needs with families and providers.
• Support BC BAs and onboarding of new staff.
