ModivCare in New Canaan, CT is hiring caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care. Starting pay is $16.94/hr with opportunities to earn extra through our caregiver rewards program and referral bonuses.

• Availability in New Canaan.
• Reliable transportation to client's location is required.
• Bilingual English.

Responsabilités

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Frequent standing and walking; assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, occasional lifting or supporting individuals.
• Help with daily care like bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed.
• Respect diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining professional conduct.
• Be a friendly face and a steady presence.
