A&B Homecare Solutions is hiring caregivers in Branford, CT to provide one-on-one in-home care. Starting pay is $16.94 per hour with opportunities to earn extra through our Caregiver Rewards Program.

We offer paid orientation, weekly pay, and flexible schedules including full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts. Responsibilities include companionship, daily living assistance, mobility support, medication reminders, safety monitoring, and maintaining a clean, welcoming home.

Qualifications

• Availability in Branford and surrounding areas.
• Availability to work day shift, weekdays and weekends preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Proficient in English; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals).
• Help with daily care like bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed.
• Be a friendly face and a steady presence.
