A&B Homecare Solutions is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care. Immediate openings exist in Waterbury, Torrington, Bristol and surrounding areas, with starting pay and a caregiver rewards program.

We offer flexible schedules (full-time, part-time and weekend), paid orientation, weekly pay, and benefits. Fluency in English is required; bilingual candidates are preferred. Reliable transportation to client locations is essential.

Formación

• Caregiving and Live In cases offered.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comfort and companionship in clients' homes.
• Assist daily activities: dressing, bathing, meals, mobility as needed.
• Help with bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Escalate safety concerns; communicate professionally with clients and team.
• Be a friendly, steady presence for clients.

Conocimientos

Job Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily care like bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and **escalate** safety issues as needed
• Respecting diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
• Most importantly: Be a friendly face and a steady presence
