Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is hiring for the 2026-2027 school year in California for Speech-Language Pathologists. The role centers on school-based services, ethical practice, collaboration with parents, teachers, and IEP teams, and meaningful impact for children and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current CA SLP license/credential or eligibility is required.
• Fingerprint background clearance is required.
• TB clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services.
• Perform assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Consult with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery.
• Target modification, accommodation and generalization of skills.
• Maintain daily therapy logs, data collection, and attendance registers.
• Write IEP goals in support of curricular standards.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
