Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is hiring for the 2026-2027 school year for a Speech-Language Pathologist in California. Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and CA SLP license or eligibility are required. CFs welcome; fingerprint and TB clearances are required.

The role involves conducting school-based services, assessments, IEP collaboration, and documentation, with opportunities for supervision responsibilities and career growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CA SLP license/credential or eligibility.
• Fingerprint background clearance required.
• TB clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Collaborate with Parents/Teachers/IEP Team on service delivery.
• Target modification, accommodation and generalization of skills.
• Maintain daily therapy logs, data collection, and attendance records.
• Write IEP goals aligned to curricular standards.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
