Job summary

Baxter Management, LLC is seeking an AAC Clinical Sales Consultant to drive growth in a defined territory. The role focuses on growing referrals, evaluations, and placements of Speech Generating Devices with field-based account management and clinical support.

You will work with SLPs, physicians, clinics, hospitals and school systems to expand access to AAC solutions. The position requires strong relationship-building, in-service delivery, product demonstrations and a proactive approach to

Qualifications

• MS, CCC-SLP strongly preferred; suitable qualified candidates considered.
• Experience in AAC and Speech Generating Devices is highly desirable.
• Ability to build territory and maintain referral relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the assigned territory with goals for referrals and revenue.
• Visit referral sources face-to-face; maintain ~22–25 visits per week as needed.
• Educate and demonstrate AAC devices; support evaluations and placements.
• Collaborate with clinicians, hospitals, schools and community programs.
