Job summary

Baxter Management, LLC is seeking an AAC Clinical Sales Consultant to drive growth in the Chicago area. You will manage referrals, evaluations and SGD placements through face-to-face visits and clinical education with SLPs, physicians and hospitals.

The role emphasizes field-based territory development, extensive travel within the region, and adherence to HIPAA and payer requirements while providing high-level clinical support to referral sources and families.

Qualifications

MS, CCC‑SLP strongly preferred.
Experience with AAC, Speech Generating Devices and AAC software strongly preferred.
Self-starter who can independently organize a territory and prioritize accounts.
Strong presentation skills and ability to conduct professional clinical in-services and product demonstrations.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively within territory.

Responsibilities

Own the growth and development of the assigned territory and achieve referral, evaluation, placement and revenue goals.
Maintain an active field schedule with approximately 22–25 meaningful in-person visits per week.
Prospect for and develop new referral sources throughout the territory.
Develop strong relationships with SLPs, physicians, nurse practitioners, staff and other clinicians.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve barriers and ensure timely SGD evaluations and deliveries.
