Job summary

Protech Medical seeks an AAC Consultant (Speech-Language Pathologist) to drive sales and placements of Speech Generating Devices in Illinois and surrounding regions. You will partner with SLPs, clinics, and DME providers to educate, demonstrate, and evaluate device solutions.

The role requires travel up to 75%, independent work, strong communication, and the ability to manage a territory to meet revenue goals while ensuring compliant patient care and accurate documentation in

Qualifications

• MS, CCC-SLP strongly preferred; SLP-A will be considered.
• Experience with AAC devices and software.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and drive to succeed.
• Clinical experience with sales aptitude.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory to reach revenue and service goals.
• Maintain rapport with referral sources and DME partners.
• Process orders with DME partners, clinics and MDs.
• Schedule and arrange delivery of devices.
• Train DME partners on equipment and setup.
• Follow up with patients to ensure product usage.
• Promote products to referral sources and maintain contacts.
• Be available to referral sources as needed.
• Assist in training new AAC Consultants.
• Report on designated spreadsheets weekly.
• Other duties as needed.
