Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• AAADM certification required.
• 4–5+ years’ experience in commercial door service.
• Strong mechanical and technical skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of commercial doors, docks, and related hardware.
• Diagnose door-related issues including springs, hinges, locks, and electrical components.
• Install and configure door hardware and access control systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and building code regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and explain repair processes to customers.
• Maintain records of service visits, repairs, and installations and generate reports.
