AAA Mountain West Group (MWG) is seeking a Tow Service Specialist in Fairfield, CA. The role offers guaranteed hours, a starting pay of $25.25 per hour, and lucrative shift differentials plus monthly bonuses.

You will operate tow trucks, diagnose simple vehicle issues, and provide roadside assistance while delivering exceptional member service. Our team values training, safety, and a customer-first attitude.

Actual schedule will be given at after trainingA valid driver’s license and a clean driving recordWork Environment/Physical Requirements• Works outdoors at vehicle sites when servicing vehicles. Lifting and carrying tires and parts, weighing up to 50 pounds, several times a day; bending, kneeling and stooping as required for service calls. Works in all weather and all traffic conditions. Vehicle recovery sites may be wet, messy and hazardous. Service Providers are required to provide a photograph for identification purposes.#ERS-$27.50 hourly pay with potential to make up to an additional $1,900 per month with quality and productivity incentives
