American Automobile Association (AAA) is seeking a Tow Service Specialist to join the Mountain West Group. You will operate tow trucks safely, perform basic diagnostics, and provide roadside assistance such as tire changes, fuel delivery, and lock-out services to members on scene.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

What We Are Looking For

We provide top-tier, paid training for the role.

A customer-first mindset and a passion for helping people. Willingness and flexibility to work the hours between 2pm - 12:30am, including weekends. Actual schedule will be given at after training.

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Work Environment/Physical Requirements

• Works outdoors at vehicle sites when servicing vehicles.
• Lifting and carrying tires and parts, weighing up to 50 pounds, several times a day; bending, kneeling and stooping as required for service calls.
• Works in all weather and all traffic conditions.
• Vehicle recovery sites may be wet, messy and hazardous.
• Service Providers are required to provide a photograph for identification purposes.
• #ERS - $27.50 hourly pay with potential to make up to an additional $1,900 per month with quality and productivity incentives.
