AAA Mountain West Group (MWG) is seeking a Tow Service Specialist in Fairfield, CA. You will operate tow trucks, provide roadside assistance, perform diagnostics, and help members on scene with safety and solutions.

The role includes paid training, guaranteed hours, and a comprehensive benefits package, with shift hours from 2pm to 12:30am, including weekends. Excellent attitude and willingness to learn are valued.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to work 2pm–12:30am including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently.
• Perform simple vehicle diagnostics to identify issues.
• Provide essential roadside assistance: tire changes, fuel delivery, lock-outs.
• Be a calm, helpful presence for members on scene.
