Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc is seeking a Quality Operations Manager (A320) to lead and coordinate all operational Quality activities in the Single Aisle Flowline at Mobile, AL. You will supervise the Quality team, drive NC closure, and act as the primary liaison for customer interactions, ensuring compliance with Airbus Quality Standards across the A/C.

Qualifications

Lead and develop the Flowline Quality Line Side Inspection Team and level 1 supervisors.
Ensure NCs are managed from creation to closure and andons are prioritized.
Be the focal point for customer presentations and interactions on the aircraft.
Conduct training to ensure optimum performance in procedures and methods of L1 supervisors and lead inspectors.

Responsibilities
