Airbus Americas, Inc. in Mobile, AL is seeking a Quality Operations Manager (A320) to lead and coordinate all operational quality activities in the Single Aisle Flowline.

You will supervise Supervisors, Lead Inspectors, and lineside inspectors to ensure Airbus quality standards across the A/C, aligned with POA regulations. Join our team to manage the quality workflow, drive improvements, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in Aviation or comparable industry.
• Experience with non-conformities and design query notes.
• Experience with quality management systems and office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Flowline Quality Line Side Inspection Team and level 1 supervisors.
• Ensure EASA-POA regulatory requirements are implemented in Flowline Product Quality and manufacturing.
• Mitigate quality escapes and drive continuous improvement with documented actions.
