Job summary

Frontier Airlines, Inc. in Orlando, FL seeks an FAA‑certificated A&P Aircraft Mechanic to maintain our Airbus A320 fleet in accordance with FAA standards and Frontier procedures.

You will perform inspections, repairs, and line maintenance to keep aircraft safe and departure-ready. The role includes working on a bargaining-unit team with schedule, shift, and pay determined by seniority; travel on AOG trips may be required.

Qualifications

• FAA certificated mechanic with Airframe and Powerplant ratings.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Two years of maintenance experience on A320-series or similar aircraft, or completion of an accredited A&P training program.
• Must obtain taxi and run-up qualification within six months of assignment.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance per Frontier procedures and FAA regulations.
• Complete maintenance work during scheduled shift.
• Maintain accurate work documents and records.
• Coordinate with lead mechanic or supervisor.
• Operate GSE and restricted airport vehicles as licensed.
• Enter information into maintenance tracking systems.
• Ensure tool control and housekeeping in work areas.
• Maintain training and qualifications per program requirements.
