FlightSafety International in the United States seeks a Maintenance Instructor to deliver ground and practical training in line with our training principles and regulations. You will develop materials, assess progress and maintain records to support client objectives.

The role requires a strong avionics background; A&P is preferred but not required, with Garmin experience preferred. This position offers on-site training delivery at Learning Centers and facilities.

Formación

• Knowledge of aviation maintenance safety standards and practices.
• Knowledge of FlightSafety standards and applicable aviation regulations.
• Ability to manage classes and teach effectively.
• First-level facilitation skills.
• First-level customer service skills.
• Ability to be coachable and receive feedback to support development.
• Strong avionics background; A&P preferred but not required; Garmin experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct maintenance ground and/or practical training for clients receiving core or specialty training courses.
• Develop and prepare training materials that support training delivery to meet the client needs in accordance with the applicable curriculum.
• Evaluate and measure trainee progress and recommend for additional training, if required.
• Complete accurate training records specific to each client, aiding their success in achieving the requested objective(s).
• Identify client training issues and seek assistance prior to execution.
• Maintain Instructor qualifications in accordance with regulatory requirements.
