Airbus Americas, Inc. seeks an A220 Configuration Change Manager to join the Mobile Manufacturing Team. You will provide technical analysis and enriched documents for assembly anomalies and non-conformities, including design queries and related work orders.

The role focuses on disruption management, continuous improvement, and ensuring quality at the shop floor. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in aerospace, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and strong experience in configuration management, technical

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Aerospace, preferably in Final Assembly Line.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Engineering Technology.
• Engineering or related field with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify NCs on the shop floor and assess need for NCs/NC notifications.
• Support NC form completion with relevant information and resolution follow-up.
• Assist in process validation, failure analysis and lean improvement.
• Support on work order management and prioritization for Rework/Concession.
• Ensure EH&S and quality standards are applied on the station.
