Airbus Americas, Inc. in Mobile, Alabama seeks an A220 Cabin Procurement FAL Interface (CFI) Representative to join the Procurement department on-site.

You will support the A220 cabin program on the Final Assembly Line (FAL) by managing OSWs, ensuring parts conformity, and aligning supplier operations to meet schedule, cost and quality targets. You will report to the Head of the On-Site Support Team for the Mobile FAL and to Canada-based ABPO3, serving as the critical bridge between the Mobile

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, or Industrial).
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience handling non-conformity management, Supply Chain operations, or industrial project management within the aerospace industry.
• Deep understanding of global aerospace manufacturing ecosystems, operational rework mechanisms, and Final Assembly Line (FAL) business drivers.
• Strong negotiation and claim management skills to safeguard Airbus's financial, contractual, and business interests in supplier discussions.
• High proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (SAP, HMS, and Google Workspace) to transform raw supplier data into automated dashboards and actionable business intelligence.
• Excellent verbal and written presentation skills in English; French proficiency is highly appreciated.

Responsibilities

• OSW Management: act as central escalation point to prioritize critical issues and safeguard the production schedule.
• Cost Management & Financial Recovery: track, verify, and financially validate OSW costs; drive commercial claims with suppliers to recover losses.
• FAL Quality & Continuous Improvement: collaborate with conformance management to align supplier liability and reduce damages through daily CI efforts.
• Supplier Governance: enforce Airbus processes, measure supplier reactivity to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Technical Leadership & Mentoring: train and mentor Cabin Procurement staff and lead cross-functional projects across diverse stakeholders.
