Job summary

Airbus Commercial Aircraft seeks a MRB / Liaison Engineer II - A220 for the Final Assembly Line in Mobile, AL. You will lead MRB processes, develop solutions for non-conformities, and coordinate with the Design Office to obtain delegation for engineering activities on the Airframe.

The role requires strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to operate across disciplines. The position involves travel up to 10% domestically and internationally within the Airbus network, and visibility across

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 3 years of related work experience or Master’s degree in Engineering or related discipline, with 2 years of related work experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge and skill in implementing and using indication, alert and recording systems.
• Advanced knowledge of engine, fuel, pneumatic, APU, hydraulic, cabin systems, advanced metallic/composite aerospace structure.

Responsibilities

• Establish improvements of onsite processes, perform MRB audits.
• Must be able to obtain delegation from the Design Office to perform engineering activities under MRB.
• Execute intermediate to complex engineering assignments across multiple engineering fields.
• Develop and apply engineering techniques to solve practical problems.
