Job summary

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in supplier quality or manufacturing engineering, a mechanical/aerospace engineering degree, and the ability to interpret DWG drawings and aerospace standards such as AS9100, FAA, and EASA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, or Industrial).
• 3–5 years in supplier quality or manufacturing engineering.
• Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings (DWG) and aerospace standards (AS9100, FAA, EASA).

Responsibilities

• Protect operations through rigorous technical analysis and proactive supplier management.
• Act as primary quality liaison between USA and Canada sites.
• Lead NCR assessments and define corrective actions with suppliers.
• Manage MRB/VRNC processes and oversee FAI validation with suppliers.
• Collaborate with production to resolve quality roadblocks and coordinate with global partners.
