Job summary

Medpace is seeking a Desktop Systems Engineer to join our Information Technology team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This full-time, office-based role focuses on installing, configuring, and maintaining A/V systems and supporting video conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and WebEx.

You will diagnose hardware and software issues, assist with events, and develop documentation and training materials while collaborating with facilities and vendors to deliver reliable AV solutions for

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Audio-Visual Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an A/V Technician or similar role.
Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting A/V equipment and software.
Familiarity with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, WebEx).
Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, UDP, IP schemas).
Excellent communication and customer service skills; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain audio-visual equipment in conference rooms and event spaces.
Set up and test video conferencing platforms with Microsoft Teams.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to A/V equipment.
Provide on-site and remote support for meetings and events.
Create and maintain documentation and training materials for A/V deployments.
Stay updated with A/V technology trends and recommend improvements.
