Responsibilities

• Assist A/V users with connecting to and using A/V systems.
• Troubleshooting A/V issues, diagnosing problems, and implementing solutions to maintain uptime and performance.
• Move and installing A/V equipment between rooms, ensuring all connections are present and working properly.
• Work with vendors during installations and service calls.
