Job summary

A3 Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Desktop & Network Support specialist to install media equipment and provide AV and IT support in an enterprise environment. You will set up hardware, configure systems, and assist end users to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include managing AV gear, performing repairs, testing signals, and supporting Windows OS 11 & Office Suite. Strong customer service and teamwork are essential for successful events and daily tasks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Transport, install, and maintain media equipment and AV tools
• Set up electrical wiring, programming, and basic construction per diagrams
• Provide client relations to keep production moving and assist event coordinators
• Run tests on video, audio, and signals and troubleshoot issues
• Handle equipment malfunctions and ensure flawless events
• Disassemble and package equipment safely
• Inventory management of equipment, wiring, and accessories
• Perform maintenance and repairs on AV gear
• Generate expense reports for management
• Support Windows OS environments for end users
• Maintain and repair computer systems and peripherals
• Set up hardware and configurations for users
• Assist Desk Side Support technicians with IMACs
• Document and upgrade hardware/software systems
• Manage user accounts and security groups
• Train employees and assess product failures, order parts as needed
• Determine best-fit products/services for customers
• Repair desktops and laptops, install software updates
• Support Wi-Fi and VPN connections
