You will build roster development, track deliverables, and surface opportunities while coordinating studio logistics and expanding the company’s network. Base salary starts at $60K with performance-based incentives and potential advancement paths.

• Identify and recruit emerging artists, producers, and songwriters.
• Build and maintain relationships with active clients and partners.
• Provide regional insights and curate opportunities across key markets.

Responsibilities

• Scout and develop emerging artists, producers, and songwriters
