Keystone Clearwater Solutions seeks an organized and detail-oriented A/R Specialist to join the Accounting & Finance team in Hershey. You will support the weekly billing cycle, manage customer accounts, reconcile receivables, and assist in job performance analysis.

Collaborating with Operations, Business Development, and the CFO, you will generate financial reports and help improve reporting processes while ensuring timely and accurate transactions.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in Accounting is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in billing, A/R, or general accounting is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; NetSuite/Oracle preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Aufgaben

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented A/R Specialistto join our Accounting & Finance team. The position will be responsible for supporting the weekly billing cycle, managing customer accounts, reconciling receivables, and assisting in job performance analysis. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions while working closely with internal departments including Operations, Business Development, and the CFO.

Responsibilities
