Job summary

Superior Air Parts, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Representative to join on-site in Coppell, TX. You will serve as a technical expert for customers, resolve warranty concerns, and analyze data to ensure proper installation and flight safety.

Required are an FAA A&P license and 5–10 years in engine maintenance, with strong communication skills and the ability to read manuals, schematics, and IPCs. You may travel to customer sites for hands-on support and industry events.

Qualifications

• Must hold FAA A&P license.
• 5–10 years of engine maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engine overhaul manuals, schematics, IPCs, and drawings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365; Dynamics AX/D365 a plus.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Interact with aircraft owners, pilots, and maintenance personnel regarding product usage, troubleshooting, and technical solutions.
• Process warranty and RMA claims according to company procedures.
• Track and analyze warranty data and assist with root-cause evaluations.
• Evaluate complex technical documents to confirm eligibility and proper installation parameters.
• Represent Superior Air Parts at aviation events to provide expert product support.
