Virgin Galactic is seeking a highly motivated Receiving Inspector to support our Quality team at Spaceport America, onsite in New Mexico. Dual responsibilities include Receiving and Vehicle Inspection, and an A&P license is required.

You will inspect materials, verify traceability from the Approved Suppliers List, perform NCRs using TipQA/Apriso, and ensure conformance to engineering definitions per inspection plans while upholding safety and timeliness in daily tasks.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a related field with aerospace components or MRO exposure.
• Knowledge of AS9100 and other aerospace standards.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings/blueprints/models.

Aufgaben

• Process product inspections upon receipt from materials.
• Verify material traceability and ASL compliance.
• Perform re-inspections on returns from Manufacturing.
• Input data and inspection results.
• Generate NCRs and manage MRB custody in applicable systems.
• Inspect electrical and mechanical parts for conformance.
