Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Receiving Inspector (Starship) to ensure aerospace components meet exacting specifications. You will read engineering drawings, operate precision inspection tools, and document results within the ERP system.

The role requires 1+ year in receiving, inspection, or QA, with strong communication skills and a practical understanding of GD&T. This is a full-time on-site position in Florida and may involve overtime based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in receiving, inspection or QA roles.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Uses inspection equipment (micrometers, calipers, profilometers).
• Approves or rejects items and documents results.
• Reviews certifications and conformance to design specs.
• Communicates inspection discrepancies with internal customers and suppliers.
• Routes parts in ERP to proper departments.
