Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 years aviation maintenance experience (avionics, electrical, and/or mechanical).
• A&P (FAA Airframe and Powerplant) license required.
• Strong understanding of repair station policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Quality Control inspections on aircraft/components.
• Completes inspections of aircraft, engine, and components for conformity to FAA data.
• Coordinates mechanical, electrical, and inspection requirements during maintenance or outfitting.
• Keeps accurate, neat, and legible records of work performed.
• Mentors technicians on proper documentation.
• Audits maintenance documentation for accuracy and completion prior to return to service.
• Ensures aircraft/components are airworthy before flight activities.
• Collaborates with RTS to ensure timely aircraft records.
