Job summary

Air Methods is seeking an Aircraft Mechanic for our Pueblo, CO location to maintain AS350 aircraft and support Part 135 operations. You will perform inspections, installations, and repairs, ensuring compliance with FARs and company procedures.

The role requires 2–5 years of related maintenance experience, FAA A&P license preferred, and the ability to travel 25–50% for remote maintenance support. Proficiency with RAMCO ERP and MS Office is desirable.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years related experience in aircraft maintenance.
• Factory airframe/power plant schools preferred.
• FAR 135 operations experience preferred.
• FAA A&P license or eligibility is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs inspections and repairs of aircraft and components per procedures, ADs, and FARs.
• Verifies part numbers and serial numbers match documentation after installation/removal.
• Ensures maintenance records comply with regulations and manuals.
• Participates in Safety Management System improvements and related policies.
• Maintains a clean and professional work area.
• Advises PIC of maintenance issues that could ground an aircraft.
• Requests parts and maintains inventory to support operations.
