Job summary

STS Line Maintenance in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a Line Maintenance Station Manager to run our line station. The role requires leadership of a maintenance team, strong safety and compliance focus, and coordinating with the company management team.

The candidate must have five years of line maintenance experience, at least three years in management, and an A&P license. English fluency, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work varied shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of line maintenance experience.
• At least three years of management experience.
• A&P license required.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and pass a background check.
• Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Input and approve aircraft work orders in the computer system.
• Create work schedules for employees to cover station air carrier requirements without OT.
• Perform all line maintenance functions un-supervised.
• Train and assist technicians in all aspects of their position.
• Read and understand Company and Manufacturer Manuals, GMMs and AMMs.
