Job summary

STS Line Maintenance is seeking a Station Manager to lead our Line Station in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The role requires extensive line maintenance and management experience, with an A&P license and fluent English.

You will supervise technicians, manage work orders, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate staffing for carrier requirements. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in line maintenance.
• Minimum 3 years in management.
• A&P License required.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Must be self-motivated and have good time management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate the Line Station as part of the company management team.
• Assign and schedule staff to cover station air carrier requirements without overtime.
• Input and approve aircraft work orders in the computer system per policies.
• Train and assist technicians as required.
• Maintain safety and quality documentation for STS and carriers.
