Job summary

AAR Corp. is seeking an experienced aircraft components technician to troubleshoot, repair, and service aircraft parts.

The role requires diagnosing malfunctions, performing maintenance, disassembly, rework, repair, re-assembly, and certification/tests in line with engineering instructions and FAA rules. The ideal candidate will read, write, and understand English fluently and have 5–7 years of MRO experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and understand and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Minimum 5-7 years in an MRO environment

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, repairs and services aircraft components.
• Diagnoses malfunctions and performs maintenance.
• Disassembles, reworks, repairs, and re-assembles components per specifications and FAA regulations.
• Certifies and tests components in accordance with technical specifications and FAA regulations.
• Follow directions and maintain company policies and procedures.
