Job summary

StandardAero, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to perform field maintenance on gas turbine aircraft across the United States. You will troubleshoot, install, and certify engine changes and powerplant components with a focus on safety and quality.

The role requires strong aviation maintenance knowledge, A&P license, English proficiency, and willingness to travel up to 90%. Candidates must be able to work on-site and collaborate with customers and teams.

Qualifications

• Requires A&P license and strong aviation technical knowledge.
• College degree or technical training in aviation maintenance or related field.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and troubleshoot engines and related accessories per manufacturer specs.
• Perform airframe interface, ground ops, and engine changes in field settings.
• Install Powerplant components and related accessories with proper certification.
• Monitor tooling calibrations and ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide airworthiness determinations and release to service.
