Job summary

StandardAero is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to perform field service on gas turbine powered aircraft. The role involves troubleshooting, engine changes, and installation of powerplant components in customers' aircraft, with duties performed in the field across locations in the United States.

Strong communication, a valid A&P license, and the ability to travel are required. Applicants should have technical vocational training or equivalent apprenticeship, be proficient in MS Word/Excel,

Qualifications

Must hold an A&P license with aircraft maintenance knowledge.
Strong written and verbal communication in English.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 70–90%.
Proficiency with MS Word and Excel and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Inspect, troubleshoot, repair and modify gas turbine powered aircraft in field settings.
Perform engine changes and engine-related component installation in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
Ensure airworthiness and certify work, including release to service.
Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and customer service standards.
