Zusammenfassung

Amentum is seeking an experienced CBP Aircraft Mechanic to maintain and repair aircraft within an operations environment. You will perform inspections, troubleshooting, and required modifications on fixed-wing and rotorcraft per applicable manuals and directives.

Daily duties include inspections, repair, and potential in-flight checks; travel to temporary duty sites may be necessary. U.S. citizenship required for clearance; tools provided by the customer, with personal tools furnished by you.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess and maintain a valid FAA A&P certificate.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Competent in repair and maintenance of fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft and systems.

Aufgaben

• Perform maintenance, preventive maintenance, inspection, repair, and modification per 14 CFR and DoD data.
• Conduct daily and turnaround inspections on all assigned aircraft.
• Troubleshoot and fault isolate aircraft systems.
• Possibly fly on government aircraft for relocation and test flights.
• Travel to temporary duty sites when required.
