Job summary

ACI Jet in San Luis Obispo, CA is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Level I–III) to perform diverse aircraft maintenance tasks per FAA and company manuals. The role requires active A&P certification and 3–5 years in aviation maintenance, preferably corporate.

You will work with a team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring safety, accuracy, and compliance across all servicing and documentation processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• An A&P License is required.
• 3–5 years of aviation maintenance experience is preferred, especially in corporate settings.

Responsibilities

• Reports daily to the Maintenance Team Leader.
• Performs maintenance tasks per manuals and company procedures.
• Complies with FARs, OPS Specs, and company policies.
• Ensures technical data is available during maintenance and alterations.
• Keeps shop clean and orderly.
• Documents maintenance electronically on required forms.
• Determines and performs required hidden damage inspections.
• Tows aircraft, taxis, and performs run ups per standards.
• Performs servicing functions (oxygen/nitrogen, oil, hydraulic fluids).
• Submits work orders and reports to the appropriate authority.
• Maintains productive relationships with managers, peers, reps, and FAA.
• Participates in SQMS program to ensure safety and quality.
