Thrive Aviation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain aircraft, components, and related parts per FAA requirements and manufacturer manuals. The role requires performing inspections, repairs, and overhaul tasks while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Applicants should hold an A&P license and have 3–5 years of maintenance experience, with a college degree preferred. The position may involve travel and requires strong attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• A&P license required or current certification.
• 3–5 years of aircraft maintenance/control experience preferred.
• College degree with applicable focus preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform overhaul, maintenance, and repair of airframe components, powerplants, and related equipment per manuals and FAA requirements.
• Conduct pre- and post-flight inspections and address discrepancies.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and ensure proper tagging of removed parts.
• Process paperwork and sign for completed work.
• Provide support to Ground Operation Technicians and travel as required.
