Job Overview

If you’re passionate about cooking and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this might be the perfect opportunity for you. We expect high standards, and in return, we offer a supportive and engaging workplace.

Key Requirements:

  • A valid Food Handler’s Card.
  • Completion of Grade 12 education.
  • Two years of experience as a Line Cook (preferred).
  • Ability to read, write, and follow recipes accurately.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and managing different kitchen stations.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Set up and maintain your station efficiently.
  • Display excellent knife skills and consistent cooking techniques.
  • Be on time for your shifts and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Be knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage the line during busy periods.

Work Schedule:

  • Flexible start times, between 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM, with end times around 9:30 PM.
  • Set days off: Sunday and Monday.-
  • Hours may vary depending on the club's events.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to stand for long periods, walk, climb stairs, and perform movements like bending, twisting, and reaching.

  • Work in a hot, humid, and noisy kitchen environment.
