Job summary

Poltrona Frau, part of Poltrona Frau Group North America, is seeking an A&D Territory Manager to grow the Los Angeles and Southern California market. This remote/field-based role builds relationships with architects, designers, developers, dealers, and commercial clients to specification-driven opportunities and sales.

The ideal candidate has an established LA design network and a proven ability to drive projects from concept to order, with strong presentation, negotiation, and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contract furniture, luxury furnishings, or architectural products.
• Established relationships with A&D professionals in Los Angeles/Southern California.
• Proven track record in developing business and managing a specification-driven sales pipeline.
• Strong presentation, communication, and networking skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout the territory and attend industry events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with architecture, interior design, hospitality, and commercial firms in LA and Southern CA.
• Build and manage a pipeline of specification opportunities and pursue new business.
• Identify projects from early design through specification, approval, and orders.
• Conduct product presentations, CEU programs, and showroom events.
• Collaborate with dealers and showroom networks to support territory growth.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and territory plans.
• Represent Poltrona Frau with professionalism in the A&D community.
