Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Manager - Strategic/Emerging Accounts A&D to drive growth in aerospace and defense. The role emphasizes new business development and long-term customer relationships, partnering with internal teams to shape solutions aligned with mission needs.

You will own capture efforts across the opportunity lifecycle and build a strong pipeline. Remote role for US-based candidates; visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of aerospace and defense industry or business development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business initiatives for aerospace and defense sectors, focusing on key accounts.
• Establish and nurture relationships across critical programs and business units.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand mission requirements and technology gaps.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities aligned with sector strategy.
• Lead capture efforts from qualification to award.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to create competitive solutions.
• Advocate for customer priorities within the organization.
