Qualifications

• 8+ years in cybersecurity, information risk management, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating complex, multi-workstream programs with exec reporting.
• Ability to translate technical risk into actionable plans and metrics.
• Strong executive communication for senior stakeholders.
• Experience with acquisitions, divestitures, or complex business transformations.
• Proven ability to operate in a global, matrixed environment.
• Knowledge of security controls, risk management, and data protection concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead A&D cybersecurity portfolio operations across pre/post-close phases.
• Coordinate capability resourcing, onboarding, and contractor workstreams.
• Advance deal security initiatives and multi-team education.
• Provide executive-level reporting on portfolio performance and risks.
• Coordinate post-close workstreams, milestones, and dependencies.
• Standardize processes, playbooks, and governance routines.
• Capture lessons learned and improve reporting tools and workflows.
• Track risks, issues, and interdependencies with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with security, legal, privacy, finance, and development teams.
• Coach and develop team members and contractors for delivery quality.
