Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager for A&D Security Strategy to lead cybersecurity portfolio operations across pre-close and post-close transactions. You will translate deal priorities into structured plans, drive governance, and deliver executive reporting to influence senior leadership decisions.

This role partners with Corporate Development, ISRM, Legal, Privacy, Finance, and external providers, advancing risk management, playbooks, and repeatable processes in a global, regulated

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, information risk management, technology operations, program management, M&A transaction support, integration/separation, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a comprehensive A&D cybersecurity portfolio across pre-close and post-close phases, including timelines, risks, dependencies, and reporting.
• Coordinate resource planning, onboarding, contractor coordination, and operating rhythms for a growing A&D cybersecurity capability.
• Advance deal security initiatives, education, intake support, and cross-functional participation across transaction types.
• Provide executive-level reporting on portfolio performance, risk posture, and milestones.
