Job summary

Phoenix Defense LLC seeks a Business Development Manager in precision manufacturing to build and own relationships with aerospace OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers. You will convert relationships into qualified pipelines, quotes, and booked orders for the Manufacturing Division, working with supply-chain, sourcing, and program teams.

The role requires travel to customer facilities and Phoenix Defense operations, with a proven track record in opening OEM accounts and closing manufacturing orders.

Qualifications

• Eight to twelve (8-12) years of professional experience in aerospace or defense sales is required.
• Proven track record of opening OEM or tier-one accounts and converting to booked orders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own relationships with aerospace OEMs and tier-one suppliers across supply-chain functions.
• Coordinate with Quality, Operations, and Program Management on customer requirements and accreditation processes.
• Manage RFQ process end-to-end to deliver compliant, competitive quotes that win work.
• Transition awarded work to Program Management and Operations with complete customer context.
