Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager to lead A&D Security Strategy, risk management, and portfolio operations for cybersecurity across acquisitions and divestitures. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive playbooks, and deliver executive reporting to ensure secure transactions.

The role requires 8+ years in cybersecurity, strong leadership, and experience guiding complex integration programs, with remote work options available on a case-by-case basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, information risk management, technology operations, program management, M&A transaction support, integration/separation, or related disciplines.
• Experience coordinating complex programs or portfolios involving multiple workstreams, stakeholders, vendors, dependencies, timelines, risks, and executive reporting needs.
• Strong ability to translate cybersecurity, technology, and business requirements into actionable operating plans, status reporting, governance routines, and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a comprehensive portfolio of A&D cybersecurity initiatives across pre-close and post-close phases with timelines and risks.
• Coordinate resource planning, onboarding, project assignment, and contractor coordination to scale cybersecurity capability.
• Advance deal security initiatives through playbooks, community of practice, and cross-functional participation across transaction types.
• Maintain executive-level reporting on portfolio performance, risk posture, and milestones with clear escalation paths.
• Serve as delivery lead for selected post-close integration and divestiture workstreams, coordinating plans and ownership.
