Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, information risk management, technology operations, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating complex programs or portfolios with multiple workstreams and executive reporting.
• Ability to translate cybersecurity and tech requirements into actionable plans and governance routines.
• Strong understanding of security controls, cloud and infrastructure concepts, and data protection.
• Experience supporting acquisitions, divestitures, integrations, or business transformation efforts.

Responsibilities

• A&D Cybersecurity Portfolio Operations: manage initiatives across pre-close and post-close phases with timelines and risks.
• Capability Resourcing & Oversight: support planning, onboarding, contractor coordination, and operating rhythms.
• Deal Security Enablement: advance deal security initiatives and team education.
• Reporting, Governance & Executive Visibility: maintain executive-level reporting on portfolio performance.
• Post-Close Workstream Coordination: lead or deputy DRI for selected post-close workstreams.
• Process Standardization & Operational Maturity: establish playbooks, templates, and workflows.
• Continuous Improvement: capture lessons learned and improve reporting and workflows.
• Risk, Dependency & Issue Management: track risks, open issues, and remediation activities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with security, legal, privacy, finance, and business teams.
• Team Leadership & Development: guide team members and contractors in a matrixed environment.
