Job summary

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary interface between the customer and the company for managing programs.
• Works as a member of teams responsible for day-to-day activities of customer accounts to ensure on time deliveries.
• Coordinates and hosts regular program tracking meetings with the customer and internal teams.
• Manages current and planned programs to achieve revenue goals with guidance from senior staff.
• Communicates frequently with customers to ensure satisfaction with products.
• Receives and resolves customer issues and complaints.
• Monitors impact on inventory of order changes.
• Provides performance reporting and analysis for monthly and quarterly reviews.
• Demonstrates knowledge of manufacturing processes, SCM, pricing, contracts and risk management.
